Vision, LLC. is the managing entity for J. Allen Hurley, II Companies. It is the driving force behind our commercial developments and executive advisory services. Leasing, buying, and selling commercial real estate is a big focus for the brand, along with managing the various subsidiary brands that fall underneath this holding company.  Visions is headed by Entrepreneur J. Allen Hurley, II, who owns several interests & companies in Bristol, including over a MILLION square feet of commercial leasing space.


Vision, LLC. is very involved with local economic development, helping Bristol leverage their heritage as "The Birthplace of Country Music", reinvigorating it as an economic powerhouse amongst the other Tri-Cities. James Allen Hurley II, a distinguished entrepreneur from Bristol, Tennessee, has an extensive career spanning various industries, including technology, real estate, automotive, private equity and law enforcement. He began his entrepreneurial journey by founding a company in the wireless communications industry out of his neighbor’s garage, which grew to employ over 2,500 individuals, 4 facilities across the US, and achieved annual sales approaching a quarter-billion dollars. The company was recognized as a pioneer in remanufacturing, insurance, reverse logistics, manufacturer repair, and asset management with Fortune 100 customers, and business spanning over 10 countries. In 2005, Hurley partnered with the private equity firm Striker Partners, leading to the company’s public acquisition in 2010 to a Fortune 500 company, where he served as an Executive Industry Advisor. He continues to be involved in the wireless industry as a partner in Flextech Solutions, LLC.


Currently, Hurley serves as the CEO and Chairman of Vision, LLC, the parent company of the Hurley portfolio companies. Vision, LLC. manages a diverse portfolio that includes commercial and residential real estate, automotive, digital technology, law enforcement technology, dark fiber, private equity, and business advisory for public companies to startups. His ventures have been recognized in Fortune Magazine’s 5000 fastest-growing private companies in America, the ACG Emerging Corporate Growth Award, and The Business Journals’ Top 100, among other industry accolades. Hurley operates on the principle that “people do business with people” and emphasizes the importance of integrity, encapsulated in his motto, “Said. Done.”


Beyond his business endeavors, Hurley is actively involved in the Bristol community. He has received several awards, including the Tennessee Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Philanthropy, the Historical Heritage Alliance Award for Adaptive Reuse, and many others. He serves on multiple boards, including his family’s Love-N-People Foundation. In his personal time, Hurley enjoys outdoor activities such as wing shooting, long-range precision shooting, and racing. His passion lies in spending time with his family and passing along his business knowledge and life success to the next generation of his. 

Denise Myers

President

Denise Myers is the dynamic President of Vision, LLC, bringing a wealth of leadership experience, strategic insight, and a deep commitment to community growth. With a Bachelor of Science from East Tennessee State University, Denise began her career in Neurodiagnostics with Bristol Regional Medical Center, where she quickly ascended into leadership roles. Over her 16-year tenure in Neurovascular Services, she was instrumental in the development and integration of cutting-edge technologies and clinical programs, including advancements in the Epilepsy Center, Sleep Disorders Center, and Neuro/Ortho Intra-operative Monitoring services. Her work helped implement multiple innovations within the services of the Medical Center, where she contributed to the strategic planning, staffing, budgeting, and quality improvement efforts that shaped the future of Neurovascular Services.


Today, as President of Vision, LLC, Denise oversees the strategic direction of the parent company, which includes a diverse portfolio of businesses spanning commercial real estate, automotive dealerships, retail businesses, technology services, restaurants, event facility/hospitality, and more. Vision, LLC operates entities such as City Centre, LLC, City Central, LLC, Foundation Event Facility, LLC, Infinity Venture Group, LLC, JAVN Enterprises, LLC, Jamestown, LLC, Montgomery, LLC, H&H Enterprises, Twin Cities, LLC, and others; serving clients across East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. In her role, Denise is hands-on in guiding and nurturing projects across various industries from initial concept to completion, working closely with clients to ensure operational excellence and success at every stage while fostering strong, long-lasting partnerships. 


In addition to and a compliment to her role at Vision, LLC, Denise is licensed in real estate in both Tennessee and Virginia. Her passion for helping businesses thrive and families find their ideal homes in the region, drives her support of both her commercial and residential real estate clients. Denise is deeply involved in her community, actively supporting multiple organizations such as Young Life Bristol, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and THS Afterprom, Inc. She has also served as a Rotarian with the Bristol Rotary Club, as a member of the Bristol TN/VA Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, a member of the Executive Board for the East Tennessee/Southwest Virginia division of Fellowship of Christian Athletes, is a member of the Bristol TN/VA Association of Realtors, and Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors Commercial Multiple Listing Service.


Outside of her professional endeavors, Denise enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, scuba diving, snow skiing, and boating on area lakes. Her diverse interests and dedication to her community make her a valuable leader and trusted guide, both in business and in the lives of those she serves.

Tonya Arnold, CPB.

Finance Director

Tonya is a Certified Public Bookkeeper and a highly qualified accounting and financial executive with more than 30 years of a progressive career. She is responsible to manage and oversee the daily and monthly finances for any new or existing companies within Vision. She provides dashboards for upper management to include monthly financial reporting and system setup for newly acquired entities. She demonstrates ability to improve existing entities as she diligently reconstructs the accounting flow and trains associates in accounting and proper systems needed for the business to operate effectively.

Adept in providing leadership and direction in continually improving business and performance in developing strategy, approach, content, and structure.


Tonya possesses excellent interpersonal skills and capable of resolving multiple and complex issues.

She is also owner and operator of Accountable Solutions, thus increasing her accounting knowledge making her a great asset to the Vision, LLC team. As Finance Director, Tonya maintains billing, accounts receivables, accounts payable, disbursements, payroll to include all monthly and quarterly reporting, and preparation of operating and capitol financial reports.

Jazmin McClanahan

Jazmin McClanahan serves as the Director of Communications at Vision, LLC, where she leads the company’s strategic messaging, marketing initiatives, and administrative coordination across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. With degrees in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurial Studies, Jazmin brings a sharp business acumen and a creative approach to brand development, client engagement, and operational efficiency. Jazmin’s ability to streamline communication and drive growth has been recognized with multiple industry accolades, reflecting her commitment to excellence and innovation.


In addition to her corporate leadership, Jazmin is the founder of Love N People Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals and families through outreach and community support. Her work with the organization has earned awards for nonprofit leadership and social impact, further showcasing her dedication to service.

A proud and active member of the Bristol community, Jazmin is deeply invested in the city’s growth and vitality. Her love for Bristol is reflected in her work, her advocacy, and her ongoing efforts to create spaces that support local businesses and enrich the lives of residents. As a seasoned property manager for Hurley Enterprise LLC for the past 5 years, Noah has cultivated a deep understanding of both residential and commercial property operations, allowing him to guide Vision LLC’s facility upkeep. His ability to identify key details—whether in design, functionality, or financial strategy—sets him apart as a leader who consistently elevates projects beyond expectations. From supervising day-to-day property management to guiding large-scale development initiatives, Noah’s expertise ensures that every asset under Vision LLC’s  portfolio is optimized for performance and profitability.


Noah’s comprehensive knowledge of property upkeep, maintenance, and operational efficiency allows him to anticipate challenges and implement solutions swiftly. His hands-on approach and ability to “fix things on the fly” have proven invaluable in maintaining the integrity and value of properties while minimizing disruptions. This adaptability not only strengthens Vision, LLC. reputation for reliability, but also enhances client confidence in the company’s ability to deliver results under any circumstance.
