THE HP KING ROOM
The HP King Room is one of our most popular rooms based on its versatile size & personality. Great for lunch meetings, board meetings, private parties, guest speakers, and so much more. The room located directly behind 620 State Restaurant can be set up for full service or buffet style lunches or dinners. The room features a 120 HD projector with video conferencing technology, and is the perfect room for any meeting held with up to 50 people. It may be set-up with round tables, horseshoe/single sided tables, or multi-row theatre style seating.
THE CARAMEL MEZZANINE
The Caramel Mezzanine accommodates up to 50 guests in an atmosphere unlike anything in the Tri-cities. The Mezzanine may be set up for a variety of events. Perfect for birthday parties, cocktail parties, receptions, or any gatherings your imagination can dream up. The lounge seating is great for a casual reception, reunions, or just an intimate night out with your friends. It may also be set-up with dinner tables; accommodate a 20-30 person sit-down dinner with full service food & drinks from 620 State Restaurant.
The Caramel Mezzanine features an independent sound system too! Take control of the music selection by connecting your playlist to the state of the art sound system. THE FOUNDATION ROOM
The Foundation Room is our largest event venue, offering a capacity for seating of approximately 450 people. This room can host a variety of celebrations, conferences, or wedding parties. Multiple packages and options are available, including: lighting, stage, and full audio/video with three 12' projection screens. The Foundation Rooms features 17-foot ceilings, a grand entrance, a full bar, 16-foot windows looking out over State Street, and state of the art technology package. Original brick walls and LED spot lights wrap the entire room with well appointed dark wood features that give the room a rich, warm environment. The room can be set up in 8-10 top round tables, multiple row theatre style, classroom style, and single sided tables for classroom type lectures, among other options. The stage has an intelligent lighting package, wireless microphones, (3) 12-foot HD projector screens with Bose speakers filling the entire space. Use the projectors to present favorite photos, watch the big football game, or showcase presenter/speaker illustrations & demonstrations. This venue is one of a kind, located in a 110+ year old building in downtown Bristol, TN. There is an elevator and a grand stairway for accessibility. Parking for 100 vehicles is available directly behind the facility.
